Layered Smoothie Pops

INGREDIENTS

Chocolate Cookie Dough Smoothie Layer:

  • 1 pint Moo-phoria Chocolate Cookie Dough light ice cream
  • 1/4 cup 2% milk

Banana Smoothie Layer:

  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt

Strawberry Smoothie Layer:

  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt

 

  1. Blend the Moo-phoria Chocolate Cookie Dough light ice cream and milk in a blender until smooth.

  2. Pour 3/4 oz. into each of six 2-oz. popsicle molds (drink the rest!). Freeze the molds for 15 minutes.

  3. Blend the banana and yogurt in a blender until smooth and pour on top of the Chocolate Cookie Dough smoothie layer, dividing evenly. Freeze for 15 minutes.

  4. Blend the strawberries and yogurt in a blender until smooth and pour on top of the banana smoothie layer, dividing evenly. Place tops on the molds, insert the sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

  5. Remove popsicles from the molds and serve immediately.

  6. Enjoy!
